Setup outline
- Open BotFather in Telegram.
- Create a bot for your league or choose an existing bot you control.
- Copy the bot token into the secure FPL Matchweek setup flow only.
- Add the bot to the group or channel where messages should appear.
- Use the product test button to confirm delivery.
Safety boundary
Do not send bot tokens through support tickets, email, screenshots, or chat. If a token is exposed, rotate it in BotFather before using the bot again.
